The Demilio name is synonymous with integrity in the greater Greensburg area.  My father, Edward, started a commercial refrigeration business in 1948 after serving a tour of duty in World War II on the island of Guam.  He operated the business for many years on his own.  He installed and repaired everything from small coolers, freezers and ice machines in all the small neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants and bars.  As refrigeration became more of a necessity in the 1960’s, Edward was installing & repairing larger systems in supermarkets, wholesale food and beer distributors.  In the late 1960’s and 1970’s, a new refrigeration system was introduced called air-conditioning.  Most of his work was commercial but only a few could afford a residential system.  I started working with my father as a full time laborer in 1978.  He taught me over the years that honesty and hard work will always keep you busy.  In 1985, I started working on commercial & residential systems.  I received the Carrier brand equipment in 1995 & I have been installing commercial & residential systems under the Demilio, Inc. name ever since.  By the way, my father Edward is 81 years old & still working in the refrigeration business.
